Position Description


We are seeking a Forensic Scientist to join the Forensic Services Group which is part of the Corporate Security Services Division. This role will be located at our headquarters in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The Forensic Services Group provides highly technical forensic examinations that directly support corporate security investigations. The selected candidate will be primarily required to conduct complex digital forensic examinations within the Forensic Services Group in a dedicated digital forensic examination laboratory.

Minimum Requirements


As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Digital Forensic Sciences or related field, and have at least 5 years of experience performing digital forensic examinations.

Proficient in Guidance Software’s EnCase forensic examination software, mobile device analysis, and digital forensic best practices.

Must be certified as an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE). Additional digital forensic certifications such as Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE), and mobile device forensic certifications are beneficial.

Possess excellent problem solving skills and a high degree of adaptability.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both orally and in written English.


Duties & Responsibilities


You will be required to perform the following:

All aspects of digital forensic examinations, including mobile device forensics, in support of Saudi Aramco Corporate Security investigations

Independently perform any or all aspects of a digital forensic examination, including: evidence handling, forensic acquisition, processing, analysis, and reporting.

Mentor and train other forensic scientists in advanced digital forensic tools, techniques, and procedures.

Provide specialist consultative services to other forensic scientists, and investigative clients, including inter alia participation in the interview of subjects and witnesses.
